All Menus Include Plates, Cups, Silverware and Napkins. A variety of side dishes and appetizers are available or an additional meat can be added at an additional charge, call to inquire.
Minimum fee of $299.00 guarantee (plus mileage) per event
Mileage Charge of $.50 per mile roundtrip from Clare, Michigan. A drive time of 3 hours or more will require the cost of a motel. Volunteers from your group are needed to help with loading and unloading, serving and light clean-up.
We recommend using the Chris Cakes Pancakes, Coneys N More, and Dogs N More Menus for your fundraising events.

Billing is based on confirmed numbers one week prior to your event.
We will arrive 2 hours before the start time of your event. You must have volunteers meet us to help unload. We cannot unload without your HELP!
We charge by plate count. Our group prices are based on your 5 day advanced confirmation on the number to be served.
After hour events (9pm-6am) will require an additional fee of $50.00 per Chris Cakes employee.
Chris Cakes is designed to make the work easy and enjoyable for everyone involved. Our prices reflect help from volunteers that you provide. If you are unable to provide us with those volunteers, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
A $200 Deposit is required within 60 days to secure your booking date and will be applied to your final invoice.
Payment is expected immediately following the completion of your event. The prices listed are CASH
Prices. We will accept Cash, Checks, M/C and Visa (a 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments)
If you are unable to settle your account that same day, there will be an additional 15%
bookkeeping fee added to your invoice.
